Bautista Carugati belongs to a new generation of real estate professionals shaped by an international upbringing, strong personal values, and an early exposure to the dynamics of the industry. He is the son of Miriam Poggio, a top producing agent with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, and the late Ricardo Carugati, an Argentine football coach and humanitarian whose work brought the sport to underserved communities across the Middle East through international development initiatives.

Raised in Miami, Bautista grew up observing the world of real estate from the inside. From a young age he accompanied his mother to showings, open houses, and client meetings, gaining a natural understanding of the discipline, strategy, and relationship-building that define success in the profession.

He was educated at Gulliver Preparatory School in Coral Gables and also studied at the prestigious Institut Le Rosey in Switzerland, one of the world’s most renowned international schools. These experiences helped shape a global perspective and the ability to connect comfortably with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Bautista pursued studies in Economics, developing a strong understanding of markets, investment dynamics, and the broader forces that shape real estate decisions. Licensed with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, he works alongside Miriam Poggio as part of her team, contributing a fresh perspective to marketing, digital communication, and the evolving expectations of modern buyers and investors.

Combining the discipline inherited from his family’s story with the energy of a new generation, Bautista approaches real estate with professionalism, integrity, and a long-term vision centered on relationships and trust.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, soccer, and sailing sports that reflect both his competitive spirit and his appreciation for focus, strategy, and balance.
